Please note that all list prices on Prime Karts products and replacement parts DO NOT include shipping costs!

Shipping Method

The shipping method used to deliver your Prime Karts depends on the model(s) and number of karts in your order:

  • Orders with a total of UP TO three Racer or Turbo model karts are generally able to ship via FedEx Ground. The cost of this shipping will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.
  • Orders for one or more XL-4 model Kart, or four or more Karts of any model, will ship via freight. The cost of freight and associated fees will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.

All packaging and contents should be inspected immediately upon receipt.

Some Assembly Required

All Prime Karts models are partially assembled and shipped in boxes. This ensures the lowest possible shipping charges and helps to prevent damage during the shipping process. All models require final assembly by the purchaser, which may be completed using common tools. Please refer to the Owner’s Manuals for each model to see details on assembly.

The graphics for Prime Karts are printed on UV-stabilized vinyl, and are included in the box for placement by the purchaser after assembly.

Prime Karts Warranty

Prime Karts warranties all of our pedal Karts against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the frame and parts, but does not cover damages caused by excessive use, abuse, or cosmetic damage to the frame, parts, graphics or finishes.

Prime Karts Return Policy

Authorized returns on new, unused Prime Karts are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All customers wishing to make a return must first obtain a Return Authorization Number from Prime Karts. No reimbursement will be issued on purchases returned without a valid Return Authorization Number from Prime Karts.

Upon receiving a valid Return Authorization Number from Prime Karts, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for and pay all costs associated with shipping items back to our warehouse in Pensacola, Florida.

Once we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will thoroughly inspect all parts and materials for any damage or signs of use. If any damage or other signs of use are discovered, a refund amount, if any, will be determined solely at the discretion of Prime Karts.

Shipping, handling, delivery and/or restocking fees are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
